I lived in Nepal and India for 2 years where I was trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, and participated in various meditation and philosophy courses.

Yoga and Buddhist teachings have changed my life in so many different ways. 

I see yoga as a tool for personal development, as a way to take care of my body, as a guidance to breathe and reconnect, as a path to slow down my mind.

It came as a healing gift and I wanted nothing else but sharing it with others.

It's hard to get on the mat sometimes. Yet, it is so powerful and magical.

Together, We can go from Confusion to Clarity.

During my classes, i am teaching physical asanas (postures), pranayama (breathe control), mantra singing, meditation/visualisation and philosophy.
